Ads are sorted according to a special rating - priority is given to "Top" ads. The rest of the ads are sorted by internal rating: with the most recent update date, the lowest price per square meter, and the popularity of the ad among users for a given search sample.
Users of the site can update their ads without restrictions for free by clicking the update button in their personal account.
