1.2. Registration in the Personal account on the BN.ua website involves the provision of certain information about the User: full name, geographic location, contact phone number, e-mail address, other contact information. 2.2 The Administration may publish and/or transfer to third parties the User's personal information necessary for making payments and/or carrying out operations.
2.2.1 BN.ua has the right to collect and post information provided by Users to provide customer service, advertising on its services and services of third parties, within the framework of monitoring the general and individual activity of Users, to communicate with Users, to carry out work to improve work this Site, as part of ensuring compliance with the Agreement.
2.2.2 The Administration may retain information necessary for the implementation of these purposes for as long as it deems necessary.
2.3 You are responsible for all provided information, its authenticity, relevance and completeness and are aware of the possible risks associated with the publication of personal information (in particular, addresses, telephone, email, etc.).
2.4 You may need to block or delete personal data by sending a request to the Administration. You have the right to independently change the data in the Personal account at any time.
2.5 BN.ua provides personal information only on legal grounds: for the purpose of carrying out its activities or at the request of an authorized state body.
3.1 The Administration has the right to change any section and/or individual clause of the Privacy Policy without prior notice to Users. You should periodically re-read the Policy to be aware of possible changes.
3.2 If the Site is sold and/or transferred to another owner, User data will also be transferred to the buyer in order to ensure the continuous operation of the Site.
4.1 When working with the BN.ua Site, the User may be redirected to the sites of other companies when clicking on some links, where information about users is not controlled by the Administration and is collected without its knowledge. In this case, the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and transmitting information about the User is regulated by the privacy policy of the resources to which the User was redirected. The administration is not responsible for the content of other user agreements and/or actions of the administrations of other websites.
4.2 The Administration has the right to supplement information about Users by adding to the existing data information legally obtained from business partners and third parties.

We strive to establish contact between sellers and buyers of real estate, tenants and landlords. The BN ® sign is a registered trademark; the terms "BN.ua", "we", "this Site", "Site", "Administration" refer to the real estate site of Ukraine BN.ua. The term "User" or the reference "You" refers to the User who either posts an ad for the sale or rental of real estate, or searches for the desired offers. The terms: "Agreement", "Rules", "Rules for using the service" refer to the text of this Agreement.
After completing the registration procedure, the User is considered to have fully accepted the terms of this Agreement without any reservations or restrictions.
The user confirms his full and unconditional agreement with the terms of the Agreement by pressing (clicking) on the flag button (by default it is in the marked status) "I agree with the terms and rules" - the indicated action of the user will be the acceptance of the written offer by conclusive actions.
By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you confirm that you have legal capacity, rights and authority to enter into this Agreement and fully understand their meaning.

2.1 The site provides Users with the opportunity to place - submit free ads for the sale or lease of real estate located in Ukraine.
2.2 The User can search and study information offered by other Users in order to find real estate for purchase or rent.
2.3 The administration has the right to change the nature of the services provided without notifying users.
3.1 The Administration is not responsible for the information provided by the User.
3.2 Also, the Administration is not responsible for the actions of users on the site or as a result of receiving information.
3.3 The Administration does not check the authenticity of the information provided by Users, therefore it is in your interest to be as inquisitive and attentive as possible. Be careful when providing personal information.
3.4 The site is not a participant and/or initiator of the agreement (deed), we only publish information provided by Users, including phone numbers and other contact details of sellers, intermediaries and lessors. The BN.ua site does not guarantee the authenticity, completeness and reliability of the information published and is not responsible for the condition of the real estate, changes in its value, the behavior of the lessor, lessee, buyer, seller, or intermediary.
3.5 Agreements (deeds) and/or inspection of objects are concluded/conducted by Users at their own peril and risk.
3.6 Users by default agree that the Administration, sponsors and advertisers are not responsible for any damages related to loss of profit and reputation (as well as any other damages) received as a result of using the Site, unauthorized access to the User's data or unauthorized changes to the User's data or messages.
3.7 If you are dissatisfied with the Site or the terms of this Agreement, you must stop using the BN.ua Site.
4.1 You agree to the terms of the Agreement and are responsible for all information uploaded to the Site or sent by e-mail. The administration does not guarantee the correctness, relevance and truthfulness of the posted content and is not responsible for any possible damage received as a result of the use of information obtained with the help of this site.
4.2 You agree not to use the BN.ua Site for illegal activities and guarantee the following:
4.2.1 You will not upload to the Site or otherwise transmit messages that are offensive, unethical or defamatory in nature. Your messages and publications must not violate personal and/or public rights, legal norms, as well as the parameters of this Agreement. It is forbidden to publish and/or distribute information of a discriminatory nature, as well as information that contains a call to violent actions or offends someone's national, religious feelings;
4.2.2 The information you provide will not harm minors;
4.2.3 You will not falsify information and/or provide inaccurate information;
4.2.4 On the BN.ua real estate site, you will not impersonate another person, including an employee or owner of the company and/or a representative of any natural or legal entity;
4.2.5 You will not publish, transmit by mail or otherwise make available the information to which you do not have legal rights to possess and distribute, as well as advertising messages without agreement with the Administration, if the advertised product does not belong to the scope of the Site (operations with real estate). You may not publish and distribute content that infringes copyright, trade secrets or any other property rights of individuals and/or legal entities;
4.2.6 You will not interfere with the operation of the Site by restricting the ability of other users to work with it or in any other way. You will not post or distribute materials that contain computer code or files designed to interrupt, limit, or destroy any type of software, hardware, or component;
4.2.7 You agree to obey the requirements, regulations, policy of connecting to the Site's network and not to interfere with its operation, as well as the operation of systems or servers connected to BN.ua;
4.2.8 You will not openly or covertly promote another Internet site on the pages of the BN.ua Site;
4.2.9 Your work with the Site must not violate the legislative norms of Ukraine or the legislative norms of international law;
4.2.10 You will not collect and store personal data about Site Users or transfer their data to other persons for purposes unrelated to the Site's activities.
4.3 The content is not reviewed by the Administration in advance, however, BN.ua employees have the right to refuse to post, move, correct or delete any message, announcement, comment in case of receiving complaints from other users or for any other reasons that the Administration considers reasonable and significant.
4.4 We have the right to store content and transfer it to third parties to fulfill the purposes of the Site, to ensure the provisions of the Agreement, as a response to a legal request of a government body, to protect our rights and the rights of other users, to satisfy claims that affect the rights of third parties. At the same time, you understand that the information on the Site may be accessible to third parties, in addition, the information posted by you may be transferred to other sites or social networks. This Site is not responsible for such relocation.
4.5 You understand that the Administration and its authorized persons may refuse to register or delete your account without giving reasons.
4.6 You understand that by posting any information on the Site, you grant the Administration the right to use it. At the same time, you are responsible for all the information provided.
5.1 You understand that you may find inaccurate, offensive, or misleading content on the Site. BN.ua is not responsible for the content of messages, comments, e-mail messages and other information messages.
5.2 You understand that the opinions you may encounter on the Site do not always express the point of view of the Administration, regardless of whether the content is edited or unedited, presented independently or in combination with other information blocks.
5.3 This Site contains links to other sites, and BN.ua does not guarantee the security of connection to them, as well as the truthfulness, accuracy or relevance of the information presented there.
5.3.1 By clicking on links to other resources, you understand that BN.ua does not control these sites, databases, programs and other resources. You are at risk by accessing other sites and accept the possibility of such risks.
5.3.2 You acknowledge that full responsibility for any possible losses and damages related to the use of links or content of third parties rests with you and does not affect the Site.
5.3.3 Any contacts and agreements (real estate transactions) carried out by you on the basis of information obtained on the sites to which you went through the links posted on BN.ua concern only you and those individuals and legal entities with whom you get in touch The site is not responsible for the reliability and content of information posted on other sites, as well as for the actions of persons with whom you make contacts, negotiations, agreements and other joint actions based on information obtained on third-party sites.
5.4 You agree that you are aware of and bear the risks associated with the use of this or that content on the Site, and understand that the Site is not responsible for the inaccuracy of information and any possible damage related to the use of the Site.
6.1 The Site is not responsible for any financial disputes arising between Users and other individuals and legal entities, including those whose contact details are presented on the Site.
6.2 It is prohibited to sell, resell, use for advertising purposes or use for other commercial purposes any information, photos and other content received on BN.ua.
7.1 You understand that posting on the Site and sending electronic messages from the Site containing false advertising, SPAM, obscene and/or offensive offers are prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
7.2 You understand that you are obliged to obey the laws of your country when using the Site.
7.3 This Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Provisions not disclosed in this Agreement are interpreted in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation. If not stated otherwise, legislation means both the legislation of Ukraine and the regulatory legal system of the country in which you are located.
7.4 The invalidity of any part (parts) of the Agreement does not mean the invalidity of the entire Agreement.
8.1 The Administration has the right to establish its own rules and restrictions regarding the use of the Site. These include issues of the time and term of adding content, the volume of electronic messages, the term of storage of information on the Site and other issues.
8.2 Accounts that contain the same contact information (phone, email) or are not used for a long time are subject to destruction. Also, the registration record in the Personal account can be canceled in the interests of other users or the Administration.
8.3 Before submitting a free ad - real estate for sale, rent or daily rent, read the conditions for publishing ads. The advertisement must contain information about the offered real estate, product and/or service, its description must not contain an excessive number of punctuation marks (for example, many dots or exclamation marks, "emoticons", etc.). The advertisement may be removed in case of violation of the parameters of the Agreement or in the following cases:
8.3.1 if it contains false information;
8.3.2 if it is submitted in a section that does not correspond to the content of the offer;
8.3.3 if a complaint from the owner of property rights and/or a request from an authorized authority has been filed regarding this announcement;
8.3.4 if the photos attached to the ad are not related to the text, are offensive, indecent, defiant and/or contain links to Internet resources, advertising information;
8.3.5 if the Site already contains an active similar advertisement.
8.4 At any time, the Administration has the right to change the general Rules and restrictions without prior notice to users.
8.5 BN.ua is not responsible for the interruption or termination of the Site.
8.6 In the case of receiving complaints from users, the Administration has the right to make changes to any announcements, comments and other content posted on the Site.
8.7 If the rules of the Agreement are violated, the Administration has the right to remove the advertisement from the publication without compensation for the cost of the paid services.
9.1 You acknowledge that you use the BN.ua Site at your own risk.
9.2 The Administration does not give any guarantees regarding the content of information messages, the accuracy of the description in the announcements of the characteristics and value of real estate, the quality of goods and services, the reliability of the results obtained using the Site. Also, the Administration does not guarantee that any part of the Site does not contain viruses and other malicious programs, files, etc.
10.1 The name and logo of the website BN.ua is a registered trademark in classes: 35, 36, 38, 42, 43 of the Commercial Code. You understand that you have no right to use this trademark name and image without the written permission of BN.ua.
10.2 The Administration of the BN.ua Site owns in full the exclusive rights to the BN.ua Site and the results of intellectual activity included in it, including: articles, texts, headlines, photographic works, audiovisual works, musical works with or without text (phonograms), design works, graphics, (illustrations, as well as site design elements), computer programs, databases are included in the BN.ua Site, in addition to the rights to the results of intellectual activity belonging to the User.
11.1 You understand that this Agreement regulates your work with the Site.
11.2 You confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of the Agreement. Otherwise, do not use the Site.
11.3 If you discover any violation of the Agreement by any User, please contact the Administration and report it.
