A huge, beautiful house and a massive industrial basement building (part of 4 floors building) in a cul-de-sac (only 2 houses on this street) in a very small village of north Bulgaria, near the river Danube, around 15 miles from the town of Pleven and around 90 miles from Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The house has 3 floors and a basement, all together about 300 m2. High-quality wooden doors and windows, well secured, inside needs plastering and decoration. In front of the house, there is a garden, a space for swimming pool. There is a single garage attached to the house. The house has exceptionally strong military construction: the basement walls are over 1.5m wide, made from extremely strong materials - concrete and steel structure (reinforced concrete). The street is also huge, allowing for lorries to maneuver freely.
The basement building next to the house is about 300 m2 divided into 9-10 stores/rooms with a height between 2.45 and 3m, all of them with windows. There are approved plans for another 3 floors on the top of the basement. The construction of the basement is remarkably strong. The buildings are suitable for business developers (call center, manufacturing, textile, storage, carpentry, art and other types of workshops, etc). The building could be quickly finished and used as it is, and later on, further developed. There is a brooklet flowing on the back side of the property – one of the boundaries, the other 2 boundaries being the two streets, and the fourth boundary is a land lot.

The labour and building materials are cheap. River Danube is nearby. The local council is very supportive and helpful. Also, there are many EU programmes which fund such projects: you have to apply for them locally.
